The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 15 November 2017 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing by seven days from the sending out of the letter as to why the claim should not be struck out for want of jurisdiction for the reasons as set out in paragraph 1 of the said letter.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 14 December 2017 will not take place.
