[1]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent must pay damages to the Claimant of £898.14.[2]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,089.64. CASE NO: 2600985/2023[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the Claimant £2,833.06.[4]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed and the Respondent must pay compensation to the Claimant in the sum of £16,342.45.[5]The Respondent has failed to provide the Claimant with a statement of terms and conditions of employment and must pay to the Claimant the sum of £2,179.28.[6]The Respondent is ordered to pay a contribution to the Claimant’s costs in the sum of £1,000.
