EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2600984/2019
Mr M ThompsonClaimantUltimate Parts LtdRespondent
Employment Judge Batten DatedDate 14 August 2019

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 12 July 2019, the Tribunal requested that the claimant quantify his claim within 7 days.[2]By an Unless Order dated 24th July 2019, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations by 31 July 2019, as to why the claim should not be struck out because of the claimant’s failure to reply to the letter of 12 July 2019.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.[4]The claim has therefore not been actively pursued.[5]The claim is therefore struck out. 3. The hearing fixed for 17 September 2019 will not take place.
