JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent’s name is amended to Drive Motor Retail Limited T/A Drive Vauxhall Leicester.[2]The claim for direct race discrimination is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The claim for harassment related to race is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]Terms of settlement having been reached in relation to the same, the claim for unlawful deductions will stand adjourned until 4pm, 12th April 2018. There be liberty to apply but if no application is made to the Tribunal on or before that date by either party the claim for unlawful deductions shall stand dismissed upon withdrawal without further order.
