[1]The claims for unauthorised deductions from wages succeed.[2]The respondent shall pay the following sums to Mrs L Mitchella. one months’ pay in the net sum of £1,532.76,b. net pay in respect of 3.8 days accrued untaken holiday as at the date of termination of her employment.[3]The respondent shall pay the following sums to Mr C Mitchell,a. one months’ pay in the net sum of £1,532.76b. net pay in respect of 3.8 days accrued untaken holiday as at the date of termination of his employment.
