JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim of unfair dismissal succeeds. The Claimant is entitled as per the particulars of claim in her ET1 to compensation comprising basic award; loss of earnings; and loss of statutory rights, of £1750. The respondent is accordingly ordered to pay her compensation of £1750.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £225 gross.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1503.75.[4]The claim of failure to provide written reason for the dismissal pursuant to s92 and 93 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 succeeds. The respondent will pay the claimant compensation of two weeks pay, namely £225.[5]The hearing listed on 7TH November 2017 is cancelled.
