[1]Terms of settlement have been agreed between the parties that:-1.1 The Respondent will pay to the Claimant without admission of liability the sum of £1,000 in full and final settlement of all her claims before the Tribunal.1.2 This sum will be paid to the Claimant by 26 September 2019.1.3 These proceedings are adjourned for 28 days.1.4 If the Tribunal receives no further communication from the parties by 3 October 2019 the claims will be treated as withdrawn and dismissed.
