The claim is struck out in its entirety against both Respondents.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 9th July 2019 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to provide an explanation as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued. That was as a result of the Claimant’s non-attendance at a telephone case management hearing on 9th July 2019 and his earlier failure to comply with Orders made by the Tribunal either at all or on time.[2]The Claimant has failed to make any representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing.[3]The claim is therefore struck out and will not proceed further.
