The first Respondent will pay the Claimant the outstanding sum of £967.19 (gross).[3]The claim for outstanding holiday pay succeeds. The first Respondent will pay the Claimant the outstanding sum of £567.96 (gross).[4]The above sums are net of the sums already paid by the second Respondent.[5]The second Respondent is dismissed as a Respondent following withdrawal by the Claimants of the claim against him.
