Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 Rule 21: -[1]The claims against all Respondents other than the first Respondent Montessori (Baby Unit) Limited are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract and the first Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £947.30.[3]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed and the first Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant: - Basic award - £1,705.40 Compensatory award - £878.92[4]The Claimant was discriminated because of her maternity/pregnancy contrary to section 18 Equality Act 2010 and the first Respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the Claimant in the sum of £8,000.[5]The hearing listed for 5, 6 and 7 July 2021 is hereby cancelled.
