Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The complaint of discrimination relying on the protected characteristic of sex is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The claim was issued in the Midlands East Employment Tribunals on 24th March 2023. The Respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. Employment Judge Fredericks-Bowyer had already decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim in respect of liability in accordance with Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure and had issued a Judgment accordingly.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is Ordered to pay to the Claimant the net sum of £126.72.
