[2]By an Order dated 27 November 2022 and by a subsequent letter dated 09 September 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to confirm that he has obtained the consent of the Administrator or the permission of the court to allow the claim to proceed against this respondent. The claim has previously been stayed to enable the claimant to obtain such permission. The claimant has been given previous strike out warnings.[3]The claimant has not complied with the previous Order and letter and the claim is therefore struck out.
