JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant presented her complaints of unfair dismissal, breach of contract and failure to pay holiday pay out of time.[2]The Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for her to present them in time.[3]In any event, she did not present them within such further period after the expiry of the normal time limit as the Tribunal considers reasonable.[4]Her complaints are therefore dismissed. Case No: 2600603/2021 Note: This was a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was video. It was not practicable to hold a face-to-face hearing because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
