Mr EB v Department for Work and Pensions: 2600602/2022
JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the claims of direct race discrimination and wrongful dismissal (notice pay) are not well founded and are dismissed. Note At the commencement of the hearing, the claimant applied for an anonymity order under rule 50 of the Tribunals Rules of Procedure. There being no objection from the respondent and there being grounds for making the order, it was duly made. On the Tribunal’s own initiative, an anonymity order was also made in favour of the individual who raised a grievance against the claimant. The claimant is, therefore, identified as Mr EB and the complainant as Miss JH. Case No: 2600602/2022
