[1]The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 5 June 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to confirm to the Tribunal whether consent has been obtained from the Administrator or permission obtained from the court to allow the claim to proceed against the Respondent in administration. The letter warned failure to respond within 14 days confirming whether an application had been made to the Administrator and/or the court could result in the claim being struck out without further notice. The Tribunal notes the claimant has also not complied with a previous order of EJ Wilson dated 27 November 2022.[2]As such the claim is struck out as it has not been actively pursued.
