[1]The correct name of the respondent is Alto Electrical Limited.[2]The claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction from wages is dismissed. The claimant did not attend the final hearing and sent an email on the day of the hearing stating that he was at work and could not attend. He had not complied with any of the case management orders in the case and had provided no evidence about his claim, so I was unable to deal with the matter under Rule 21 because there were no details of the claim produced by the claimant. 1 of 2 Case Number: 2600591/2024
