[1]The Claimant’s complaints of disability discrimination namely victimisation, harassment and a failure to comply with the duty to make reasonable adjustments against both the First Second Respondent are all dismissed.[2]The application for costs by the Respondents against the Claimant and the application for a wasted costs order against her representative Mr Christopher Johnston of One Assist Legal Services is adjourned and shall be listed for a hearing in due course. Case management orders in respect of that hearing are given separately.
