JUDGMENT

BY CONSENT and without admission of liability, upon the Respondent agreeing to pay the Claimant £150 within 14 days of today’s date, this claim is dismissed

REASONS

[1]Employment Judge Camp had ordered an attended case management discussion today. Suffice it to say that I can see why given the somewhat complicated nature of the pleadings and the need for clarification.[2]As it is, albeit the Claimant attended, Ms Aitchison was contacted on the telephone when she had not appeared and explained that she did not get the notice. She was apologetic and I accept her explanation.[3]I therefore decided that she would take part in today’s discussion by telephone and which has occurred.[4]The parties have been able to settle this matter before me in accordance with the judgment which I have now given.
