JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for notice pay is dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The claim in respect of pension payments is dismissed on withdrawal.[3]The claim for 18 days unpaid holiday pay succeeds. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the net sum of £1,566.36.[4]The claim for arrears of pay succeeds. The respondent shall pay to the claimant the net sum of £1,360.80.[5]The respondent failed to give the claimant a statement of particulars in accordance with section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 for which an award of 2 weeks’ pay is made in the net sum of £870.00.[6]The application for an uplift under section 207A of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is refused.
