JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint that the 1st Respondent failed to comply with the requirement of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded.[2]The Employment Judge makes a Protective Award in respect of the Claimant who was employed at the 1st Respondents premises at 3 Trent Lane, Weston on Trent, Derby DE72 2BT and was dismissed as redundant on 30 November 2021 as an Electrical Engineer.
