Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]In respect of the claims brought by the first claimant:-a. The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the first claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the First claimant the net sum of £135.31.b. The first claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the First claimant in the sum of £3046.c. The first claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £4590.[2]In respect of the claims brought by the second claimant:-a. The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the second claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the second claimant the net sum of £335.69.b. The second claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the second claimant in the sum of £3235.c. The second claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5148.[3]The hearing listed on 17/8/18 is cancelled.
