[1]All of the claims against the first respondent are dismissed and the first respondent is dismissed from these proceedings.[2]Nothing in this judgment affects the claimant’s claims against the second respondent.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 22nd January 2025 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because he had not complied with Orders made and the claim was not being actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to make any representations why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
