Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The third respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £271.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the third respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2498.43 gross.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment payable by the third respondent of £2,725.66.[4]The third respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £160 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.[5]The hearing listed on 10 July 2017 is cancelled.
