JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent unfairly dismissed the Claimant and failed to provide him with terms and conditions of employment compliant with s.1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a Basic Award of £920 in respect of the unfair dismissal and £1840, in the sum of four weeks’ pay, in respect of the Respondent’s failure to provide terms and conditions of employment – a total sum of £2760.[3]The Claimant is ordered to pay the Respondent’s costs, in the sum of £2760.
