[1]The First Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s wages.[2]The First Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £1587.89 in respect of wages;[3]The First Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant notice pay;[4]The First Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £5,645.84 in respect of notice pay;[5]The First Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant redundancy pay;[6]The First Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £5,144 in respect of notice pay;[7]The First Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s maternity pay; CASE NO 2600414/2024[8]The First Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £6,077.99 in respect of statutory maternity pay;[9]The First Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday pay;[10]The First Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £3390.85 in respect of holiday pay; and[11]The claim against the Second Respondent is adjourned generally.
