Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £2715.20.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the net sum of £3555.48.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5,884.55.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £160 in respect of the issue hearing fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.[7]The hearing listed on 7 July 2017 is cancelled.
