Dr S Nair v University of Lincoln: 2600359/2020
JUDGMENT
[1]Allegation 6 of the claimant’s claim for direct discrimination because of race (racist performance by a student on Holocaust Memorial Day) is struck out because it has no real prospect of success.[2]In relation to allegations 1 to 5 (as identified in the grounds of complaint), although they are not struck out because they have no reasonable prospect of success, the Tribunal orders the claimant to pay a deposit in respect of each allegation because they have little reasonable prospect of success. The amount of the deposit, allegations to which they relate and the reasons are provided in the separate deposit order.
