JUDGMENT
(1) The respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of contract and must pay her the net sum of £256.84 in damages.(2) The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in the gross sum of £147.60 and must pay her that sum.(3) The respondent must also pay the claimant the sum of £81.50 in compensation for accrued but untaken annual leave, pursuant to regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998.(4) The total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £485.94 (£256.84 + £147.60 + £81.50).(5) This judgment takes effect on 7 September 2017.
