Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The clam of unfair dismissal succeeds the Respondent will pay the Claimant compensation as per her schedule of loss of £4906.40. The recoupment provisions do not apply as this is in effect a net basic award.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £250 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.[3]The hearing listed on 17 August 2017is cancelled.
