JUDGMENT
BY CONSENT The terms of the judgment by consent are as follows:[1]The Respondent will make a protective award payment to the individuals who were members of the GMB and were made redundant on 2 October 2020 for a protected period of 56 days in respect of the Respondent's alleged failure to inform and consult under Section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 capped at the limits payable by the Redundancy Payments Service;[2]The claim be dismissed and there be no order as to costs.
