JUDGMENT

[1]The claim of unfair dismissal is brought outside the time limits specified in Section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The Tribunal does not therefore have jurisdiction to hear it and it is therefore dismissed.

[2]The claims of discrimination pursuant to the protected characteristic of disability are also brought outside the time limits specified in Section 123 of the Equality Act 2010 and further it would not just and equitable to extend such time limits. The Tribunal does not therefore have jurisdiction to hear those claims and they are therefore dismissed.
