JUDGMENT

[1]The claimants’ claims for a protective award are each struck out as being presented out of time when it was reasonably practicable for them to be presented in time.[2]The first and second claimants’ claims for a redundancy payment are dismissed upon withdrawal, the claims having already been satisfied by the State so far as it is liable in law to do so upon the respondent’s insolvency.[3]The third claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed upon withdrawal on confirmation that he did not have necessary qualifying service to accrue a right to a statutory redundancy payment.[4]The claimants’ remaining monetary claims (for accrued holiday pay, notice pay and arrears of pay) are dismissed upon withdrawal, the claims having already been satisfied by the State so far as it is liable in law to do so upon the respondent’s insolvency.
