Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £508.33.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £148.77.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of (14 years x 1.5 x £148.77) = £3124.77. For the benefit of the Secretary of State and payment from the Insolvency Fund s166 of the Employment Rights Act 1966 applies.[4]The hearing listed on 31/07/2019 is cancelled.
