Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the second Respondent. It will pay the claimant compensation as per the claimant’s schedule of loss, comprising of a basic and compensatory award, in the total sum of £34742.13.[2]The claimant having not claimed benefits the recoupment provisions do not apply.[3]The second Respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £250 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.[4]The first Respondent is dismissed the proceedings as it is the second Respondent by reason of change of name Employment Judge P Britton Date: 13 June 2017
