JUDGMENT
[1]The parties having agreed terms of settlement in principle, this hearing is vacated from the list for today and for the remaining days. In the event that the matter is to be re-listed the parties shall inform the Tribunal as soon as possible.[2]The Claimant has paid fees in connection with the issue of the claim and for the hearing. Following the decision in R (on the application of Unison) v The Lord Chancellor [2017] UKSC 51, it is noted that the Claimant shall be applying for such fees to be reimbursed. No order is made in respect of those fees save that the Claimant has liberty to apply if necessary.
