JUDGMENT
[1]The claim of breach of contract in respect of recovery of title to use a number plate car registration is withdrawn. The claim is expressly not dismissed as this matter may proceed in another jurisdiction.[2]The claim of breach of contract in respect of money due to the claimant and outstanding at the date of termination succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant damages in the sum of £1624.32.[3]The claim for compensation for accrued annual leave outstanding at the date of termination fails and is dismissed. The claimant had taken all of his pro-rata entitlement.
