[1]The Respondent made unauthorized deductions from the Claimant’s wages and must pay the Claimant the net sum of £1,169.00.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant notice pay in the net sum of £313.82.[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant the net sum of £270 in respect of holiday pay.[4]The Respondent failed to follow the ACAS Code of Conduct in relation to Disciplinary and Grievance procedures and must pay to the Claimant an uplift of 10% on the sum ordered to be paid of £1,752.21.[5]The total sum ordered to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant is £1,928.03.
