[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to ‘Gohil International Procurement Services Ltd’.[2]The parties having reached agreement in principle through ACAS, this hearing is adjourned for a period of 28 days. The Claimant can apply to have the hearing restored after 28 days if there is any difficulty with the agreement. Otherwise, the Claimant shall inform the Tribunal as soon as possible once payment of the agreed sum is made and that the claim is to be withdrawn.
