JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the Midlands East Employment Tribunal on 9 December 2024. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The claim of unlawful deduction from wages succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant the gross sum of £2,499.50[3]The claim of breach of contract succeeds in respect of outstanding unpaid expenses. The respondent shall pay the claimant damages in the sum of £684.94
