JUDGMENT

The parties having agreed terms of settlement, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claims are stayed to allow for the implementation of the terms of settlement set out in an agreement between the parties.[2]If neither party has applied for the case to be restored to the list for hearing by 30 October 2017, it shall, the Claimant’s consent having been given to the Tribunal at the hearing today, be treated as withdrawn by the Claimant upon settlement and shall stand dismissed on that basis, without further order or direction.[3]The Tribunal makes no order for compensation. The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.
