Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 2[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £3226.28.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £413.46[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £608.03.[4]The respondent failed to provide the claimant with a written contract of employment. In accordance with section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1791.67 representing 4 weeks pay as it is just and equitable to do so.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £160 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings. .
