The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant failed to respond to the tribunal’s correspondence of 12 March 2024 seeking clarification of an apparent settlement of the claim.[2]On 8 April 2024, Employment Judge Welch caused a notice to be sent to the claimant warning that she was considering striking out the claim because it has not been actively pursued. That notice required a response by 15 April 2024.[3]The claimant has failed to respond, despite being given the opportunity to do so, and there is therefore nothing before the tribunal to explain why the complaint should not be struck out.
