JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s unfair dismissal claim was presented outside the time limit set out in section 111 Employment Rights Act 1996 and it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time. Accordingly, the claim is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.[2]The Claimant’s claim of disability discrimination was presented outside the time limit set out in section 123 Equality Act 2010 and it is not just and equitable to extend time. Accordingly, the claim is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
