[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed because the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it (it is out of time).[2]The claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed because the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it (it is out of time).[3]The claimant’s claim for unpaid accrued but untaken holiday pay is dismissed because the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it (it is out of time).[4]The claimant’s claim in respect of personal injury is dismissed because the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it in respect of the types of claims advanced by the claimant.[5]None of the claimant’s claims survive this judgment.
