JUDGMENT
[1]that the following claims/allegations are dismissed on withdrawal: 1.1. the allegations of harassment related to sex (s.26 EA 2010) in the 1st ET1 claim (2600135/2023) as numbered in the claimant’s Schedule of Claims and amendments dated October 2023 as follows: 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 26, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 42, 43, 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 59, and 1.2. the claim under section 44 of the Employment Rights Act 1996, and[2]the following claims are dismissed as having no reasonable prospects of success: 2.1. the claim for unpaid wages in respect of the failure to pay holiday pay (but not the claim relating to the payment of accrued untaken holiday pay on termination of employment), 1 of 2 Case Number: 2600135/2023 & 2601076/2024 2.2. the claim for unpaid wages in respect of unworked overtime, and 2.3. the claim for failure to make reasonable adjustments.
