[1]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant £11,188.80 net in respect of an unlawful deduction of wages.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant £1,008.00 net in respect of a failure to pay outstanding holiday pay.[3]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,512.00.[4]Pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant £1,008.00 net for failure to provide particulars of employment as required by section 1 Employment Rights Act 1996.
