JUDGMENT
[1]Ms Marshall’s claim under case number 2600115/2024 for unauthorised deductions from wages in the sum of £550.00 succeeds.[2]Mr Schofield’s claim under case number 2600118/2024 for unauthorised deductions from wages in the sum of £300.00 succeeds.[3]The respondent has already paid the sums claimed to the claimants and, in accordance with section 25(3) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 I make no order for payment of any further sums to either claimant.[4]No claims for failure to provide the claimants with statements of particulars pursuant to section 1 of the Employment rights Act 1996 were pleaded and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear such claims.
