Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim succeeds and the remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing.[2]The hearing listed on 30/07/2018 is converted to a Remedy hearing with a revised time estimate of two hours. The parties are to take this as Notice of hearing. All other arrangements for the hearing other than the time estimate remain the same. Employment Judge Heap _____________________________ Date: 12th June 2018[1]The Claimant’s claim of a failure to pay a redundancy payment succeeds and the Respondent is therefore ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £7,650.[2]The Claimant’s claim of a failure to pay notice pay also succeeds and pursuant to Section 86 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £3,600.[3]The Claimant’s claim in respect of holiday pay also succeeds and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £240.[4]The Respondent is therefore ordered in total to pay to the Claimant the sum of £11,490.
