JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent. The respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £5913.46 which comprises of:a. Basic Award - £5,538.46b. Loss of statutory rights - £300c. 25% ACAS uplift on b - £75[2]The respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without the full period of notice to which he was entitled. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages of £461.54 gross subject to tax and national insurance contributions.[3]The claimant is not entitled to a redundancy payment and the claim is dismissed.[4]The claimant’s claim for outstanding holiday pay is not well founded and is dismissed.[5]The claimant's claim that there was an unauthorised deduction from his wages is not well founded and is dismissed.
