[1]The whole of the claimant’s claim is struck out.[2]The reasons for the strike out are as follows: 2.1. the claim or response has not been actively pursued (Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure rule 37(1)(d)). A warning that the Tribunal was considering striking out the claim for this reason was sent on 22 April 2022 with a deadline for observations by 30 April 2022. No reply was received from the claimant. He has also not responded to Employment Judge Camp’s letter of 17 January 2022.
